CM-1600B, built to sell.

Twin pumps and dual thermoblocks work with a programmable TFT touch screen, PID control and 25 grinder settings.

  • Precision doseThe basket takes an 18 g to 22 g puck, which is where the puck stops channelling and starts tasting like the roaster intended.
  • Extraction pressureThe pump makes twenty bar; the valve delivers nine to the puck. The remaining eleven bar exist only to keep the last third of the shot stable.
  • Held, not averagedPID control holds brew water within a degree of set point through the whole shot, which is the difference between Monday and Friday tasting the same.
  • Twin thermoblockTwo independent heaters. Pulling an espresso and texturing milk can happen at the same time, on the same machine, without the pump stalling.
