PA-601, built to sell.

The 601 is a full stainless steel body with a conical burr grinder built into the top and a 58 mm commercial portafilter underneath. It is the configuration most of our distributors settle on after they have tried a touch panel and decided they would rather turn a knob.

Italian ULKA pumpA full 20-bar pump with an over-pressure valve set at 9 bar, so the pressure at the puck is the pressure the roaster intended — not the number on the box.
Grinding settingsFour extra micro-steps beyond the usual fifteen. Enough range to move from a dark Italian roast to a light Scandinavian filter roast without changing the burrs.
Commercial portafilterThe standard size. Your existing baskets, tampers, distribution tools and scales already fit, and so does your service engineer.
